  • We can help you obtain the best financing. Builders will often offer an incentive of $500 to $2,000 if you use "their" lender. Depending on the interest rate charged and other "fees" put into the loan, this may or may not be lower than what you may find elsewhere.
  • Always take your agent with you - there may be special buyer incentives - the builders advertise to us because they want us to show you their homes. If you turn up by yourself, they have no need to offer you an incentive as the tract agents work for the builder and they won't mention any special promotions if they don't have to. 
  • Resist the impulse to "shop" without us, we're there to help you and we can save you time and money!
